Service and food are exceptional. I go 1 or 2 times per week. I've never had a bad meal. Everything on the menu is good.
Main Street is my favorite restaurant ever. We go here all the time, and I thought it was about time I wrote a review! I love everything here and I never leave disappointed. They give you huge portions and everything is so fresh. I also love the steak, shrimp, burgers, and buffalo chicken sandwich. If you name it I've probably had it and love it. definitely give this place a try if you have not been before!
Food was good except for collard greens. The taste was good but they were very "stalky". The taste of everything was very good, though. Service was EXCEPTIONAL Ambiance was a lunchtime vibe. It was lunchtime. Lol. The restaurant is casual, exposed brick walls and air vents, all with concrete floors.
Server, Jim, was fantastic; very helpful. Plenty of room. Cheesecake was delicious. It is made fresh in the restaurant.
Staff is friendly and service was great but the food pulls the score way down for me. This place has a great reputation so I'm going to give them another try. Six stars for service, two stars for food.
Been here several times been meaning to give my opinion of the restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night. Place was already rolling. Yet they have plenty of seating and we got in and got seated. Our waitress was on the ball and very attentive and very friendly throughtout our whole stay. The atmosphere is good. As I said plenty of seating and a nice bar area. They have a diverse drink selection yet don't be afraid to ask for a drink that may not be on the menu the bartenders are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The food was cooked well. Not a big lemon pepper wing fan. But I tried one of my daughters and was very well pleased. The fries are amazing. I plan to go back and try some more of the different flavored wings. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The Creole rice I was in love with. For me it could have been a tad more spicy. I live for spice so for me the spicy the hotter the better lol. Definitely plan to be back again soon.
Visiting town for a college tour and came here for lunch. Great atmosphere, service and food. We will definitely be back again. We split a patty melt and the chef salad and they were both very good. Next time we plan to try a couple of the desserts. Highly recommend.
Went for a day date and it was incredible all around! The atmosphere, customer service, food, and cleanliness. I'd hands hand go again and craving it as I speak! Well done, "Go to The Tavern or the Devil will get you!"
Came here for lunch with my friend. The place is pretty big. There is a parking lot but you could also park on the street which is what I did. We were able to get a table right away. I ordered a club sandwich which had both ham and turkey on it. It was really good. If you don't want fries, it can get any of their other side dishes. I got tots. My friend got a patty melt. Both of our sandwiches were really good. Service was fast. My friend got a frozen strawberry lemonade and I got root beer in the Hitler which was a nice treat. I would definitely come here again.
